Leadership Council

Leadership Council Membership

Currently we are recruiting Leadership Council Members and Executive Leadership  Committee from across the country to be a part of the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.  The Leadership Council is the core strength and future of the Foundation.  These volunteers constantly spread the word about our work and introduce not only new potential supporters by associating them with the “National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation Family” but also introduce individuals and families afflicted or affected by Pancreatic Cancer to the Foundation who need our services.

The National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation Leadership Council is a formalization of existing efforts to build grassroots support for Programs and Volunteers across the country.  The award of Leadership Council status is a public recognition of an individuals’ advocacy, dedication and efforts on behalf of the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation and the individuals we serve.

Purpose:  Why this program exists?

To provide individuals an opportunity to take a leadership role in the Foundation through one of our key program areas such as Patient Advocacy Program, Educational Awareness and Financial Resource Support. Also, to publicly recognize those individuals who have and will play an active role in promoting the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundations mission and programs.  In addition, to help further the cause of providing Hope, Courage and Faith by developing additional programs specific to their area of service. Helping to promote programs and services offered by the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation in order to obtain adequate funding to service the needs of patients and families.  By this, we will be able to better serve patients and families afflicted or affected by pancreatic cancer.

Providing a voice through local, regional, state and national groups promoting services and developing new avenues for additional programs to patients afflicted with this deadly disease.
